About the Event
About the Instructor: Deyon Ramos-DuFriend is a certified yoga instructor with over five years of teaching experience. She has training in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, yoga for the chakras and chronic pain. In addition to her extensive yoga training, Deyon has her degree in Holistic Healthcare and is a Reiki Master/Teacher.
$25 per class OR $80 if pre-purchase 4 classes. Payment accepted at the vineyard.
