Looking out at the precipice of possibilities.

With his brow furrowed, fresh dirt falling through his fingers and the hot Arizona sun overhead – he looked like the farmer he would become when he answered his wife’s simple question – “what are you doing?”  That was in 2011 when Daisy found Tim staring out from the deck behind their home in the high desert hills of Globe.  Below him was the treacherous hillside of possibilities.  After returning from a trip to visit Daisy’s uncle and his vineyard in France, Tim had wine and grape vines on his mind.  As a newly minted retiree he had a generous helping of time and a love of the outdoors.  That combination proved – fruitful.
